Once the order has been shipped, it may not be possible to cancel it.
2. Cancellation After Shipping
Orders that have already been shipped cannot normally be cancelled through our website.
If you no longer want the product after shipment, you may receive the order and request a return according to our Return & Refund Policy, subject to the applicable return conditions.
3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If a cancellation request is accepted and payment has already been made, the eligible refund will be processed through the original payment method or according to the applicable payment process.

4. Cash on Delivery Orders
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, cancellation requests must be made before the order is shipped.

- It has already been delivered.
